Terms and Conditions
This document is not subject to registration and is only concluded electronically. It does not constitute a written contract and is written in English. It does not refer to any code of conduct. For questions regarding the operation of the webshop, ordering, and delivery process, we are available at the contact details provided.
These Terms and Conditions apply to legal relationships conducted on the Service Provider's website (www.habitcleaner.com) and its subdomains. These Terms and Conditions are continuously available on the following website: www.habitcleaner.com.

2. Basic Provisions:
For matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, and for the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, Hungarian law is applicable, with special regard to the Civil Code of 2013 (Act V) and the provisions of the Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services and related information society services, as well as the relevant provisions of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) regarding contracts between consumers and businesses. The mandatory provisions of applicable laws apply to the parties without any explicit agreement.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from March 25, 2026, and remain in effect until revoked. The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally modify these Terms. Modifications will be published on the website at least 11 days before they take effect. Users accept all regulations related to website use as automatically applicable by using the website.
By entering the website operated by the Service Provider, or by reading its content in any manner—whether or not they are a registered user of the website—the User acknowledges the provisions of these Terms and Conditions as binding. If the User does not accept the terms, they are not entitled to view the website’s content.
The Service Provider reserves all rights concerning the website, its details, content, and distribution. It is prohibited to download, electronically store, process, or sell any content or part thereof appearing on the website without the Service Provider's written consent.
3. Purchase
By purchasing on the website, the User declares that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy posted on the website, and consent to the data processing.
The User must provide true and accurate data during registration or purchase. Providing false or misleading data will invalidate the electronic contract. The Service Provider is not liable if the User uses the services under a false identity or provides another person’s details.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any delivery delays or other issues caused by inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the User.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any damage caused if the User forgets their password or makes it accessible to unauthorized individuals for reasons not attributable to the Service Provider.
4. Available Products and Services
The products displayed on the website can only be ordered online. The prices shown for the products are in forints and include VAT as required by law. No additional packaging fees are charged.
The Service Provider provides detailed product names, descriptions, and images for each product. The images may differ from the actual products and are for illustrative purposes. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between the displayed images and the actual product.
If a promotional price is introduced, the Service Provider will fully inform Users about the promotion and its exact duration.
In case of a pricing error, the Service Provider is not obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price but may offer the product at the correct price, in which case the User may withdraw from the purchase.
If the displayed price significantly deviates from the actual price (e.g., a system error resulting in a price of “0” HUF or “1” HUF), the contract is considered invalid, and no legal obligations will arise from it.
5. Ordering Process
The User can begin the purchase process with or without registration. The User adds the selected products to the shopping cart. The contents of the cart can be viewed by clicking the "cart" icon. The User can delete items from the cart by clicking the “delete – X” icon.
The User selects the shipping address and payment method. The payment methods available are:

If there is an error or discrepancy with the product information or prices, we reserve the right to correct the issue. In such cases, after identifying and correcting the error, the User will be informed of the new details and may confirm the order again or withdraw from the contract.
The total amount to be paid is included in the order summary and confirmation email. The invoice, withdrawal notice, and warranty letter will be included in the package. The User must inspect the package in the presence of the courier upon delivery and request a report if any damage is found on the products or packaging. The package can be refused if damaged. The Service Provider does not accept claims without a report. Packages are delivered on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM by a third-party partner.
6. Order Processing and Fulfillment
Orders are processed during business hours. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the following day. The Service Provider will confirm via email when the order will be fulfilled.
The general delivery time is within 5 working days from the confirmation. If the Service Provider and the User do not agree on a specific delivery time, the Service Provider must fulfill the order within 30 days of receiving the order.
If the product ordered is unavailable, the Service Provider must immediately inform the User and refund the paid amount within 30 days.
The Service Provider is not liable for changes to technical descriptions or specifications due to reasons beyond their control.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Parliament and Council Directive 2011/83/EU and Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II.26.), the consumer may withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the ordered product. In the absence of this information, the consumer is entitled to exercise the right to withdraw within 1 year.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the product.
The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which are not covered by the business.
The Service Provider will refund the consumer within 14 days, including shipping costs, once the product or withdrawal notice is received.
The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
The consumer must return the product within 14 days of notifying the Service Provider.
8. Warranty and Claims Process
The Service Provider is responsible for fulfilling any warranty obligations. The consumer is required to prove the contract with a receipt or proof of purchase. If there is a defect, the Service Provider must issue a protocol and respond within 30 days.
9. Miscellaneous Provisions
The Service Provider may involve subcontractors to fulfill their obligations. The Service Provider is fully responsible for any illegal actions by subcontractors.
10. Complaint Handling
The Service Provider aims to fulfill all orders to the full satisfaction of the consumer. If there is a complaint, the consumer can contact the Service Provider via phone, email, or mail. The Service Provider will investigate and address the complaint immediately.
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the parties should attempt to resolve them amicably. If unsuccessful, the consumer may contact the consumer protection authority or initiate proceedings with a mediation board.

13. Coupons
Coupons can be used for discounts in the webshop. New coupons are generated regularly, and old ones expire.
14. 30-Day Return Policy
If the customer changes their mind, the product can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. The product must be returned in original packaging and in sellable condition, with proof of purchase.
