Shipping Terms
Shipping Address
The shipping address can be your home or workplace address. Any address outside Hungary can be provided as the shipping address. The shipping address can differ from the billing address. It is advisable to provide the address where you are most likely to be on the expected delivery date.
Delivery Time
Orders from our webshop are delivered by GLS for EU destinations and other carriers such as DHL, Foxpost, or UPS for international shipments. Packages are delivered on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM. The courier service attempts two deliveries. The delivery time is typically 2 business days for orders placed before 7:00 AM. Orders placed after that will have a delivery time of 3 business days. Shipping Fees
The shipping fee includes the packaging cost. For orders within the EU, we charge a flat shipping fee of 10 EUR. For international orders outside the EU, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the shipping rates available on the website.
For EU orders, we ship via GLS. For international orders, we use carriers such as DHL, Foxpost, or UPS, depending on the destination.

Return Policy
Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be in their original, unopened condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and is not reimbursed by our webshop. To request a refund for returned products, please contact us at hello@habitcleaner.com with your details, and we will refund the purchase price of the returned items within 8 business days.
